Annual Board Meeting Date - April 23, 2012
A review of the Association By Laws found that our annual meeting should be held in the month of April. Since we have had requests to change the date of the meetings in the past (and we want to follow our By Laws too), the next annual meeting will be held April 23, 2012 7pm. in the Springfield Plains Elementary Cafeteria.
If you cannot attend the meeting, let a board member know as soon as possible and complete/return the attached proxy:

Please use the interactive Google calendar to schedule any social events held at the beach/lake area.
The gate at the park entrance is now locked! Please contact Kevin if you haven't gotten a key yet. Make sure the key is in a safe spot, the replacement cost per key is $20.
Please call the Oakland County Road Commission whenever the road gets bad. It often takes multiple calls before any grading is done! 248-458-4804
